I need a motherboard

I have a dieing asus p4sd-vx mobo with at 2.6 HT p4 in it. i want to get a new one that supports my northwood processor but also supports my 2700 single channel ram. pcie would be good but agp is ok too because im gonna put a 6600 gt in it. Does anyone has a suggestion of a good board for me? thanks :cheesy:
