Motherboard woudn't respond when the cpu power is plugged

I have a Gigabyte g31m-es2l motherboard, and when ever i plug the cpu power into the motherboard from the power supply it wouldn't come on, I've tried 3 different power supply with different watts and voltage but it's still the same problem.... what can i do?

The first thing to do is to check if the power switch is connected correctly and that the wires aren't broken on it.
