which mother boaard is good

currently i am using ( ASUS- P5KPL-AM/PS )
with Intel® Core™2 Quad Processor Q8200S (4M Cache, 2.33 GHz, 1333 MHz FSB) but i am not satisfied with this Motherboard
some times my system will slightly hang for a second rapidly and i want to change my motherboard with another asus motherboard OR some one else but priority is asus and my budget is INR Rs: 3000.00 or $62.00 please suggest me

i`ve used gigabyte and i think it`s one of the best available out there

I suggest you have to buy Intel® G31 Express Chipset it is the best
motherboard for Intel prosessors which is support
Intel® Core™2 Duo processor
Intel® Core™2 Quad processor
and it is not so costly and ASUS brand
