Should work fine. But remember, you get what you pay for - cheap stuff is cheap stuff.

Will this work with a AMD ANTLON XP 1800+ and 512 DDRAM 2100?
It looks pretty decent, but I would add an OEMSB Live! at about $30 to replace the crappy AC '97 audio. Also note that for $25 more you can get the ECS K7S5A with on-board LAN and slightly better performance; this will save a PCI slot as well.

I'd go with the ECS board, too.
I've got one of them, and they're pretty nice. They'll definitely support that memory+processor combo, and they're really affordable. There's nothing wrong, neccesarily, with that PC Chips board, but it might not hurt to spend a little extra for some more features.

Or stability, quality, support, warranty services...
And so you are not always on a fourm looking for help!!
I think a lot of the problems on fourms like this one are caused by the grabage being sold now ,just to keep price of systems down.
Right now localy where I live,(Canada ) the budget system for Christmas is $849.00, and most or all are Junk!!!
