I just installed a AMD 64 3000+ processor into a brand new ABIT AV8 KBT800 motherboard and the damn thing won't even start? The fans kick in then shut off immediately after about 3 seconds? Is it my power supply or is the CPU over heating so fast? NEED HELP Badly!
