Upgrading RAM Dell Optiplex GX 620

I am looking to upgrade my RAM, I have a dell optiplex gx620 and it has the standard mainboard serial no: 0F8101 ,
I am looking for someone who really knows what they are talking about to let me know that this item on ebay will work ok (assuming it works on arrival)

as the mainboard only takes 4GB i figure this is the best way as I can sell on the 2 Gb currently in my system.

Any advice?

it should ,i have the exact chip in a gx620 right now ,along with 2 other different chip and all seems well

sorry ,i should have said same but different ,same brand and speed just single sided ,but the other 2 are double sided,i know not suppose to mix and match ,but just doing it for a bit

i got the same computer i am running 4 gb of ram and is working awesome.
i can have 10 program open and still running good.
I have a p4 HT 3.6 ghz em64t capability

i got it from ebay too
