Have a look in it! Pci-e devices will be obvious as they will be in the pci-e slots!

Well if you can't be bothered to have a look inside it, how do you expect us to be able to help???

The case is that the machine is not forehand, as it is in another place and was told about this issue remotely and wanted to ask about it.

But, they seem chose to format the machine.

Although that, it would be beneficial to know a clue about the original issue.

Thanks.

Well, without information about what's inside the thing, it's absolutely impossible to diagnose the fault!
