Hello

I don’t know why on earth the total memory size not showing correctly,
I have 4 modules 256 each.

My motherboard book “Abit bx6-rev.2 says:
The memory array is 64 or 72 bits wide. (without parity or with parity).
Those modules can be populated in any order.
Support single and double density DIMMS.

This motherboard has six built-in Data Buffers (Bus Switch Buffer).

The memory modules I have are;
SAMSUNG 4x 256MB 256MB PC100 110958-032
ECC SDRAM
Double Sided (9 chips each side)
Unbuffered 16MX72 CONFIGURATION
80ns 3.3V 168PIN PC100 CL2
ECC REGISTERED DIMM SDRAM
COMPAQ BRANDED PN 110958-032

I am currently running memtest-86 v3.2 and waiting on the results. But the size the BIOS detected is making me feel unease about memtest being feed the wrong info to start with.
many thanks
