How much Ram?

How do I find out the maximum RAM I can put in my desktop computer? I have a Pentium IV with a D845PT motherboard. Currently, I have 2 512 MB DDR SDRAM DIMM chips in there.

If you are running a P4 with DDR Ram, you will be able to handle 1gb. I would bet you can upgrade to 2gb. To be completely positive you need to get the manufacture of your motherboard and go to their website and look up your model #. Then you will be able to get detailed specs of your motherboard.
