Not sure of what it is worth, but it is definitely a reliable little cpu. I personally love the celerons from that era. I have a 333mhz that was overclocked to 450mhz. That cpu is strong and stable. I use mine for my file server at home and it is great. I used to have a 1.2ghz machine doing file serving and it was just over kill. If you can't find a price on ebay, or in the Recycler/Pennysaver/etc... then just ask really high, and get him down to a compromise. :)
