24C02 chip location on Dell Inspiron 8200

A while back, I had to replace a motherboard on a Dell Inspiron 8200 that had been dropped. Here's the story if you're interested.

Anyway, all's well now except the new mobo reports the wrong service tag in the BIOS. I found some information that says you can short pins 3 and 6 of the 24C02 chip to clear the service tag, then use asset.exe to program a new tag number. I've been examining the old mobo I removed, but thus far I've been unable to find this chip.

So if anyone knows where this chip can be found, I'd really appreciate the help.

Thanks!
