Seems to me that the graphics card you can get is PCI-E.

as for any advice on graphics cards it depends on what you are going to use the card for, if you are not playing high end games you can get a reasonably priced mid range one.

Another thing to take into account is the power requirement of the card, it won't work without enough power.
