I need sound in my ibm thinkpad 380Z laptop

Hi
This is my first time of posting in the forum and i hope I get someone to help me.I have an ibm thinkpad 380z laptop with xp on it.The sound dont come and anytime i try to search from the sound utility it tells me no active mixter device. please help me solve because everywhere on the web and there seems not to be availabel software on the net.

can you right click on My Computer-> Properties->Hardware->Device Manager

Please take a screenshot of it with PrintSceen on the keyboard and paste it in paint and upload the image.
