Cannot Find Network Controller Driver

Hi,

I just purchased a Toshiba Satellite L645-S4102 today and i installed Windows Vista Ultimate (32 BIT) instead of having Windows 7 that was pre-installed with the computer..

I cannot find the following drivers below anywhere online that are compatible with my laptop. Ive downloaded close to every driver possible.

Network Controller - Hardware ID: VEN_10EC&DEV_8176&SUBSYS_818110EC&REV_01

PCI Simple Communications Controller - Hardware ID: VEN_8086&DEV_3B64&SUBSYS_FDD01179&REV_06

If anyone has any ideas or suggestions, please feel free to let me know.

assuming that you conducted an exhaustive search online for the drivers, then it's possible that the network adapter isn't compatible with vista for some reason. was it working with win7?

looking on toshiba's site, it looks like it only shipped with 64-bit windows 7. do you have windows xp available to do a test install, to see if it'll work out of the box on the computer?
