On motherboard spec it says "1 x PCI-E x16 Slot". If the slot is PCI-E x16 2.0 your video card will have no problem, but if it`s PCI-E x16 1.0 your video card will not be able to work at top performance.

Hi, your mainboard pci-e bus is 1.0a compliant according to the user manual
This means the subject video card will work using half the bandwidth of a 2.0 compliant mainboard, this may or may not be an issue for your requirements
