pci controller/lan board ms1699va

Hi

I have a MSI motherboard (ms1699va) and it seems to be causing problems with the PCI card (belkin 10/100BT Ethternet).

1. In Device Manager there is no driver for PCI Simple Communicatons Controller

2. When I try to load the driver for the PCI card, there is an error message "cannot locate LAN board"

I looked for technical support on MSI but there is none available for this MB.

Can anyone help?
