4th partition of external HDD not visible

Hello All,

I have a strange problem with my external 120GB hard disk. It had 4 partitions but with this new office laptop, the 4the partition is not visible at all. I don't have access to disk manager but when I go to utility to safely remove hardware, I can see only 3 partitions with E, F G, and fourth one says just 'generic volume.

I have important data on that partition and I don't want to lose it: Please help me

Right cliick on "my computer" and choose manage
click disk management in the menu on the left

tell me what you see
