Hi, I had put my office 2003 cd in my dvd drive to install it, and my then I took it out, when I closed my dvd drive the read light stayed on and my drive started making a funny noise, so I restarted my pc and tried it no good, my read light stays on even with out no cd in it, and when I do put a cd in it, the drive doesn't read the cd or dvd, anyone know whats wrong with my drive?
