How to do low level format

HI,
I am srinivas bhatt. Some bad clusters have been developed on my pc's HDD. somebody told me to do low level format. Could u help me how to do low level format and sugest me any other tools to remove bad clusters.

I'd suggest you replace the drive instead. I'd also suggest you read this:
