HDD Actuator Arm

Hey guys, parse here, im actually over there in c++ forums, I got a question. I was told by one of my fellow coworkers at the computer shop that some guy a while back made a utility in DOS that controls or manipulates the Heads or arm on the HDD, and is only on floppy and compatible in old DOS prompt, has anyone ever heard of this program? If not, I would like to try to create my own program, of course Cli based and in c++, this question is gonna start in the hardware forum to see if anyone has heard of the program, I will ask in the c++ forum if noone has heard of it.

Hello,

I seem to remember one for old MFM or RLL drives but I don't think it worked on IDE drives. Did you google it?
