problems with RAID and containers

hey all,
having a problem with my containers on my dell server. when the server is booting, it checks through all the containers to make sure theyre ok, then it gives me the error (don't know the exact error) "missing members and are degraded, containers #0 and #1" then it posts both as critical....can anyone give me some insight on how to fix this? we have a RAID 5 setup. i've never experienced working with RAID before so i would have to learn real quick how to rebuild them if they need to be. any info would be helpful and if you need more info from me, let me know...thanks!
