Seperate 2 partions onto seperate hdd's

Straightforward question. If I run Hac-inT0sh on one partion with W7 on another can these partions be separated onto separate hard drives (when I get two hard drives).

Any certain programs?

With proper backup software like Norton Ghost for example, you can put them on any hard drive you like provided it is big enough.

So your saying just do like a clone back up of the certain partian to another drive and doing it again for the other partion?

It will depend on what windows version you are using and what drive letter you put it on.
