ATA Full Disk Encryption Seagate Hard drive

Hi the seagate momentus 5400.2 hard drive is not allowing me to access the data as it has been locked, does anyone know of any way to access the information from the disk. It stopped booting from my laptop and then i connected it to a usb bridge and it still does not work, can anyone help. warm regards

Info available at www.seagate.com and at your manufacturer of the computer, as well as Microsoft.
