scanner wont show any scanned image/text
I have a scanner a hp 3200c that doesnt show the scanned image/text instead it shows a black space where the output image is supposed to be displayed.I am not the one who has being having it,I just got the other day so I dont know its history much.I am sure I downloaded /using the best driver for this scanner.Any ideas to where and what to troubleshoot?

You'll laugh at the answer to this.
I had that problem a while back and found that completely uninstalling and reinstalling the scanner works just fine. But when you reinstall, use the latest drivers from the internet rather than the old drivers from the cd and then upgrading.
It's worked for me this way and hopefully will be fine for you too :cool:
