computer sometime refuse to boot

my computer have been working fine for 1 year and it suddenly show that the monitor have no signal when u on the computer it doesn't have the beep sound... but when u off it and on it sometime it work again..

I am sorry but you will need to explain yourself more clearly if you want to get assistance. You have a heading "Computer refuses to boot sometimes" then you talk about the monitor showing "No signal" and when you turn it off (Monitor or machine?) and on again it works sometimes?
