Hi:

I am using hp compaq laptop. my laptop is in dead condition.
power supply o.k. I connect the power supply power led not glown. amber lights glown . no display .

please help me to solve the problem

remove ram and try booting ,most that I've seen do what yours is doing is either motherboard or processor
