radomly restarting pc after lightning strike

Hi there,
My pc is randomly restarting after my home was hit by lightning. When it happened my computer shut down.

When it is restarting, it is making a strange sound like it is trying to read a disk. But there is nothing in the drive.

I am pretty much a novice, so any help on how to troubleshoot this would very much be appreciated.

Hi I was given a Toshiba Satellite A15-s129 laptop and it does not boot up,no lites,or any noise trying to boot up.I tried to start it by taking out the battery. Any good ideas that I can use. Thanks
