CD driver missing

huhuhu....
i hav a problem with my Acer Aspire 3620 laptop..
as i say,CD Driver of my laptop was missing..
n now i cannot do anything with it..
even to format this laptop,coz i need using it to run a cd..
So Anybody can help me to solve this thing??

There are many thing i am gonna do to solve it,but all doesnt work..such as

1) System Restore
2) Registry
[Start] [Run] [Regedit]
Registry Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class
Key Name: {4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
Value Data: [Delete All Value Data from UpperFilters and LowerFilters]
Note: Do not delete the Key or the Multi-String Values. Delete only the data values.
Exit Registry and Reboot--(i cant find Upper Filter and Lower Filter)

So..please help me if u can..
