Computer Freeze When CPU tested

When I use the windows experience index test, my computer ALWAYS freezes when it gets to the CPU part. I have tried multiple times,and it always happens. So I decided to try another program. I did the 3dMarkVantage test, and the graphics tests did fine, the first CPU test finished, and when it moved to the second, my computer froze on the warm up.

I have a core i7 860 @ 2.8GHz.

..hi there!..try to check your heatsink if it is properly place to its location..
