I have problem with my pc that it not booting!!!!!!!!!!

when we power on the mains(wall outlet) ,even without switchon the power switch in cpu, the system starts.means no control of pwer switch in machine.

second thing it is not going to bios.So there is no display and even if we remove the RAM it will not give any beep sound.It is ddr 1 type ram and machine is of 5 years back

so my machine is completely dead .

what we can do before giving it to service personnel.

Is it required to flash the bios?How?
or is it a problem with mother board?

first of all check your power cables
