Orange light on dell optiplex 360

i have dell optiplex 360, i have use this pc for about six month now but this morning i put on my pc and is not booting but blinking amber or orange light on the power button, i pull off the power cable for some time and connect it again and is still given me orange light. please can somebody else help me.
i will be very grateful for that.

Thats a hardware fault. Contact Dell and get them to fix it!

i contacted dell but they haven't reply me yet, have somebody came across this fault before? if yes then please help me.

I have, hence I said it is a hardware fault! It could possibly be faulty PSU!
