My dell inspiron laptop has gone loopy,keeps restarting and no access to safe mode(f8) I wanted to test the hard drive of the dell laptop using an old tecra 8100 wont recongnise hard drive from dell laptop but does recongnise old wd external hard disk.
The hard drive is spinning and passed the dell diagnostic test
Any ideas
