After a botched upgrade of the bios (the flash prog from toshiba was faulty, their mistake but they refuse to fix it) the machine won't boot. Have lights drive and fan noise but no screen.
100% sure eeprom write error. Can you flash these eeproms via parallel, surley toshiba don't flash em before there soldered on the board.
