Keyboard beeps, and I am stumped

Hi I'm new and while I hate starting out just picking your brains I have no idea what to do...
One of my employees keyboards beeps as it types. She can type anything she likes but as she depresses the keys it makes this high pitchd short been almost a musical click.
I've tried rebooting, I've tried switching out keybords, I've tried cleaning the keyboard.
The sound itself is not the traditional error beep and it's nothing I've heard before. It's not a pressing issue, because she can type, but it is certainly irritating!
Any thoughts would be appreciated!

does this happen only when using word or an other application or does it happen anytime? try checking windows controll panel, accessability settings for disabled users. this may be a function for partially sighted users which could be turned off.
