We have a Dell Inspiron 1501 with Vista which now will not boot at all. When the 'on' key is pressed, nothing happens except the caps lock light blinks at about 4 times/sec and only the power light comes on (no HDD indicator). Have just replaced both memory modules and no change. Also replaced the coin battery with no effect. Any ideas? How do I check the BIOS? Pressing alt+F11 or F6 at turn on does nothing.
