Dell L-600 Grey screen

My screen is grey on lower 3/4 and the upper 3/4 is the desktop minus the toolbar on the bottom. Can anyone help me fix? douglas.davis@mchsi.com

Do you have on extra monitor (or one you can borrow) for the purpose of testing by connecting it to your laptop? This will reveal which is faulty, your integrated 'Video card', or the screen itself. Your reply will tell us which way to go next.

Also, and this just advice, I'd suggest removing your email address because Web Crawlers will find it and you may be spammed for all eternity... unless there are particular medications you are looking for? :D
