Hi. My Gateway notebook- mt6452 - will not power on. I recently updated it to Windows 7. Within a few days, I tried to turn it on and the power button was outlined in blue as if it was turning on, in a few minutes it blinked once. This went on until I finally lost hope and shut the lid. I plugged it in and left it to charge for a day or two. It still did the same as before. I have tried many things but none have worked, I am practically open to anything.
I bought this computer July of 2007.

most probably a graphics chipset issue. get it changed @ service centre.
