As the title suggests, my laptop won't turn on. I know very little about computers, except that it's really annoying when it doesn't work. It won't start when it's plugged in, or not plugged in. When I press the button, I don't get any response. What's wrong, and how would I go about getting it fixed (please bear in mind that I'm computer-retarded). Thanks!
