HD and BIOS Setup

Hi,
My PC's problem is:
My PC was working well, some reason I remove its Hard Disk, and set an another PC's HD, try to start PC, its not start, Press F1 set the BIOS, again startup from HD, can not start.

Replace and set up first HD, I mean its own HD. Try to start. Nothing shows in the Monitor. PC's power is OK, Fan is runninig. CD Drive can open, But FD is not working, HD has no sound, don't know its working or not. F1, F2, Delete or Pause Break press but don't show the BIOS setup in the Monitor. Change HD's Jumper set (I forget which Jumper set is perfect) and try but NO RESULT.

How can I start the BIOS setup?
How can I set HD's Jumper?
What should I do for FD drive?

PLEASE ANSWER ME AS MANY AS YOU CAN.

It really sounds like you've either knocked something loose or plugged something in incorrectly. Open the case again and very carefully reseat all connectors, memory modules, and peripheral cards.
