Run a system scan for viruses/spyware. Once your system's clean, I suggest you run Windows setup and choose the upgrade option. This way, you'll restore any corrupt/missing files, and get your missing options back.

I tried that but it did't work b/c still intivirus are not much upgraded like these spam to stop any illegal program to changing in registry.
So when you are downloading internet so be carefull.:lol:
