Hi there, I tried to open my CD ROM by pressing the physical button on the CD-ROM. it doesn't work. Is there any other way to open the CD-ROM:?:
Right-click on CD-ROM icon in Windows explorer and select "eject" menu item. You can always use screwdriver.

A straightened out paper clip inserted into the little hole on the front of the drive should do the trick. It should go in easy until it hits a gear, then you will have to press harder but the drawer should pop open.
