Hi after an airplane trip(!?) my dell 5100 wont start. The power led is constanlty on(green) and the battery led is on(yellow). But nothing happens. No sounds from the harddrive, fan etc., just silence. I've tried to remove components as RAM, harddrive, battery but no changes. Am I missing something?

Maybe try a new battery. I had a similar problem last week with an IBM G40. I put a new battery in and it powered right up.
