PC wont start After Chkdrvs or Windows logo

I read the Pc wont start thread but it didnt help

My PC wont load up the login screen after it chkdrvs or Windows logo.

I freezes at either a black screen or the chkdrvs screen.

I can run my comupter on safe mode.

Run the system restore in safe mode.

If it doesn't help, repair xp through winxp cd. Reinstall some programs that are not properly functioning after the xp repair.
