Pc Stops and starts

i have made a pc and when i turn it on sometimes it turns on fot 2 secons turns off for 5 secons then turns back on

is there anyway of moving this problem

Double check your internal connections especially from the front bezel to the motherboard.

If I were you, I will start and test the computer through the power pins of the motherboard.

i does it when i turn of the pc and turn it on after 5 or 10 mins

i suggest you not rest you finger on it ,are you sure its turning on and off ,or just loosing the video for a few seconds ,that is normal

The computer powers down fans hard drive .ect but sometimes i just press it like a normal person it did it when i first build it

Its isnt the button it is the asrock motherboard it does that for somereson lots of peoples does it
