My computer won't turn on

I used it last night just fine. No power surges or storms, it just won't turn on! The only thing that turns on is the little green light below where the power cord connects, I'm assuming that's indicating that there is nothing wrong with the power cord. Please help me!!!

Check all cables and fuses.

This sounds a little odd but sometimes works. Remove the power cable, hold the power-button down for 30 seconds, reconnect power cable, switch on.

If that doesn't work disconnect all but VGA mouse and keyboard and then try.

If still no luck, it could be a failing or failed power supply.
