hi guys i was about to burn a movie then i couldn't find my burner..then i check on my computer .and both dvd-reader- and writer dissapear,,i went to device manager and found this message
"Windows successfully loaded the device driver for this hardware but cannot find the hardware device. (Code 41)
'
