Sony Vaio Laptop

Expand Post »
Hi

I wondered if anyone else has experienced the same problem. I have a Vaio laptop PCG FR215E.

The "five" sticks and at the same time the left hand control key won't work with r, t, s, c, & v.

it seems like a pattern.

It has just fixed itself but has happened before.

I thank you in advance if anyone can help.

Richard

Re: Sony Vaio Laptop

Make sure the Sony keyboard service is starting when your laptop boots. On my Vaio the processes are HKWnd.exe and HKServ.exe. Check your services and change these two processes to start Automatically.
