keyoard problem

Expand Post »
can anyone help me?

some keys on my keyboard dont make the correct symbol appear...
for example, the dash key makes "\" appear even though it isnt specified on the key.

And the keys for " and @ are swapped

Its been like this since I bought my laptop, does anyone know how I could fix it?

thanks xx

Re: keyoard problem

it's probably defaulting to the wrong language settings, not a big prob. just go to control panel and change the regional and language settings to suit the keyboard. you may need to check the correct ones in your service manual or manufacturers support site.
