Dell Optiplex GX620 blue screen crashes

Expand Post »
Hi Everyone,
I have a crashing problem with my computer.
It’s a Dell Optiplex GX620
Pentium 4, 3.4GHz, 1GB RAM
Windows XP Professional version 2002, SP2.

The computer died so Dell technician replaced the mother board and I also had to format the hard drive. Since then I had this problem: at least ones a day it crashes with blue screen with various problems such as:

Error code 1000008e, parameter1 c0000005, parameter2 805b9f4d, parameter3 aa218c24, parameter4 00000000.

Error code 1000008e, parameter1 c0000005, parameter2 805b9f4d, parameter3 aa328be4, parameter4 00000000.

and more like these with different parameters.

I can’t find any pattern or specific event that causes the computer to crash. It can happen any time, if I’m working on the computer or even if it’s on screen saver.

I’ll appreciate any suggestions help.
Thanks,
Nitzan
