"RUNDLL. Error loading w3e3ee49.dll

The specified module could not be found.:

Thats what I get when I start up the computer.

Some programs downloaded themselves onto my computer, and while in the "end process" part of the task manager, I cancelled them. I must have also cancelled a file I need, because I now get that message. Can someone help me figure out how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
